EDUCATION

  • M.S., Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA. Mechanical Engineering. May 2004.
  • B.S., George Washington Unviersity, Washington, DC. Mechanical Engineering. May 2001.

RESEARCH PROJECTS

  • Ph.D. Disseration: Direct Numerical Simulations of Transitional and Turbulent Pulsatile Flows in Stenotic Vessels.
  • Golfball aerodynamics: DNS of flow around golfballs at realistic Reynolds numbers. Typical computations involve 1.2 billions points over 500 proc. at Re=110000.
  • Multi-sensor hot-wire probes: Perform direct numerical simulations of turbulent channel flow to assess the accuracy of multi-sensor hot-wire probes.
