BioE Senior to Cycle in Support of Affordable Housing

Fischell Department of Bioengineering senior Natan Simhai was featured in the March 28 issue of the Diamondback in a story about his upcoming role as an advocate for affordable housing.

The article, "Peddling it forward," describes Simhai's upcoming 3,800 mile cycling tour from Virginia Beach, Va. to Portland. Ore., with the Bike & Build organization. Simhai and 33 other activists will take to the road in May, exchanging their presentations on affordable housing for food and lodging in the communities they visit. They will also assist Habitat for Humanity at construction sites along their route.
