Navigating Interviews, Identity, and Industry: An Alumni Career Panel

We invite undergraduate BIOE students—or any engineering students interested in bioengineering, medical devices, or healthcare—to join us for this exciting career panel. Hear experiences, advice, and practical tips from a panel of BIOE alumni who are now leading successful careers in industry. Speakers will share their advice on:

  • navigating the job search, interview, and hiring processes
  • presenting undergraduate bioengineering coursework, projects, research, and internships in resumes and interviews
  • preparing for different types of interview questions
  • deciding if a company is the right match for you
  • preparing for the challenges of a first job
  • presenting yourself and your identity during the interview and/or hiring process

Join us for this panel session, followed by breakout tables and complimentary dinner.

Registration is required and spaces are limited. RSVP today at go.umd.edu/dei-springalumnipanel
